Music Den (Main Campus) & Clairmont Music Room (Clairmont Campus)

Music practice spaces open to all students — regardless of major, experience level, or instrument

The Music Den (Main Campus) and Clairmont Music Room (Clairmont Campus) provide free access to music gear in addition to providing open access to practice space. Any and all students and music groups can book a session for rehearsals and concerts alike.

The Music Den (Main Campus) is great for rehearsing and jamming, and is also equipped for recording sessions. Click on the "info" icon beside the space name on the reservation calendar below to view what equipment is available in this space. This space is open 24hrs.

The Clairmont Music Room (Clairmont Campus) is great for rehearsing and jamming. Click on the "info" icon beside the space name on the reservation calendar below to view what equipment is available in this space. This space is open 9am-9pm.

Reservation Policies

The Music Den (Main Campus) is available to reserve 24 hours a day with exceptions for holidays, reduced noise days, and maintenance hours. Reservations can be made up to five minutes before the scheduled event.

The Clairmont Music Room (Clairmont Campus) is available between 9am-9pm each day with exceptions for holidays, reduced noise days, and maintenance hours. Reservations can be made up to five minutes before the scheduled event.

Reservations are in increments of one hour. Students may make up to four 1-hour reservations in a day, either consecutively or at separate times throughout the day.

To reserve:

• Select your desired date at the "Go to Date" calendar button below. Note: bookings are permitted up to 14 days in advance.
• Choose the start time by selecting any green 30-minute time slot
• Select end time in the dropdown menu in the grey box below the availability grid. Note: the daily maximum is 4 hours.
• To start over or select another time, click the trashcan icon on the right side of the grey box
• Click "Submit Times"
